Vios Health Partners
The business model for healthcare practices, in particular GP practices is undergoing unprecedented change. Policy makers are seeking better intergration of services in primary and community care with greater focus on the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Patients are also driving and demanding change as they become increasingly aware of digital health solutions.
These trends, coupled with new payment models are fundamentally impacting on the workload of GPs and the design of healthcare practices into the future meaning healthcare practices must, in new and imaginative ways, rethink their operational and financial model.
